Low Fat "ice Cream" Sandwiches

I found this when I did Weight Watchers a few years ago. They are very good and I think were only worth 1 or 2 points.


  1. Break 25 chocolate graham crackers in half.
  2. Place 2 Tbsp of Fat Free Cool Whip on half of the halves.
  3. Top each with the other half of the graham crackers.
  4. Freeze for 2 hours.
  5. Place each sandwich in individual sandwich bags or wrap with wax paper.
  6. Store in the freezer.

My eight year old enjoyed making and eating these. We all enjoyed eating them LOL. Will make again for a quick easy dessert. Made for Fall PAC 2007.
