I found this when I did Weight Watchers a few years ago. They are very good and I think were only worth 1 or 2 points.
- Break 25 chocolate graham crackers in half.
- Place 2 Tbsp of Fat Free Cool Whip on half of the halves.
- Top each with the other half of the graham crackers.
- Freeze for 2 hours.
- Place each sandwich in individual sandwich bags or wrap with wax paper.
- Store in the freezer.
My eight year old enjoyed making and eating these. We all enjoyed eating them LOL. Will make again for a quick easy dessert. Made for Fall PAC 2007.
