A yummy alternative to higher fat versions!


  1. Put all ingredients together in a food processor. Blend until smooth. (Add more water for thinner consistency).
  2. Enjoy!

Great hummas. I added a little more than a dash of cayenne and it was great. I also used the juice from the can instead of water.

This is an excellent recipe. I was so glad to find one without tahini. I never seem to have that on hand. I followed the recipe exactly. Next time, I will start with 2 or 3 tablespoons of water to create a thicker spread. Thanks so much for posting!
