Low Fat Hot Cocoa

"I have been trying to watch my sugar, calories, and saturated fat intake. I was in the mood for hot cocoa and quite surprised with what those little packets contain, including corn syrup. This is a healthier recipe for those of us who can't do without hot cocoa. I was very pleased with this version and hope you enjoy it as much as I do!"

I am a stay at home mom. We have 5 children in our house. 3 of which are nieces and nephews we are raising. So, I am in the kitchen a lot cooking for the family. This is one of my favorite things to do. I love finding new recipes and sharing them with my friends and family. My favorite cookbook is one that my husband's grandma handed down to me called Rainbow Pre-school Cookbook.
