    Simple, high protein, low cal, low fat snack / light meal. Create any flavor you like. The protein content will vary with your powder. I consider a serving of protein powder to be 30 to 40 grams, but if you need more or less by all means make the adjustment. Please don't use a food processor or blender for this as you need to beat some air into the mix. Over-processing will thin the mixture.

    • 1000 g plain fat-free yogurt (about a quart)
    • 1 (1 1/2 ounce) package Jell-O pudding mix, instant non-fat no sugar added pudding mix
    • 160 g vanilla protein powder (160 gm is two servings, vary amount to suit your needs or powder, use any flavor that compliments yo)

    Directions:

      Place all ingredients in a large bowl, beat (or whisk) until it starts to thicken slightly. Place back in containers and refrigerate 4 hours (or so) .
