  1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. Combine wet ingredients.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  4. Pour into lightly greased 8" x 8" pan.
  5. Bake 30 minutes at 300*F convection oven, or 30-40 minutes 350*F conventional oven.

The flavors are really spot on in this, but I am less sold on the texture. It was a little chewy, but this is my first time baking gluten free, so I don't know yet what to expect.
