ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup currant jelly (or raspberry, cranberry, blueberry, cherry preserves)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- pepper, to taste
directions
- Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl except for salt and pepper. Season to taste. Serve over your favorite salad greens.
