  1. Very nice tasting compote, but the amount was more than I wanted, so cut the recipe in half! Now I wish I hadn't since friends were interested in it! Ah, well, another time! I used the ingredients listed, but another time would like to include dried pears & the dried & chunky Fuji apples! Thanks for sharing!
