      Add celery, craisans and walnuts. Add as much vanilla yogurt as you desire.

      Super fast salad, had it to the table in less than 10 minutes! I used one 6oz (170g) cup of fat-free plain yogurt and added a little vanilla since I had the plain yogurt already on hand. I thought the salad was plenty creamy with that amount. I really like the contrast between the sweet craisins and walnuts. Great healthy side dish - made enough for 4 servings at our house; served with maple baked oatmeal, Baked Maple Oatmeal - Made for Newest Zaar Tag
