Low Fat Delicious Waldorf Salad

This is a very creamy, delicious salad with the same great taste as regular waldorf salad but with less calories.

Super fast salad, had it to the table in less than 10 minutes! I used one 6oz (170g) cup of fat-free plain yogurt and added a little vanilla since I had the plain yogurt already on hand. I thought the salad was plenty creamy with that amount. I really like the contrast between the sweet craisins and walnuts.   1. Dice both apples into small pieces and leave skin on.
  2. Add celery, craisans and walnuts. Add as much vanilla yogurt as you desire.
  3. Chill and serve.
