  1. Place all ingredients in the crock-pot and stir.
  2. Cook on high about 2 hours, until chicken easily shreds.
  3. Shred the chicken breast using two forks. Stir.
  4. Cook on low until ready to serve.
  5. Serve over 1/2 slice of bread.
