This is a good way to get the kids to eat broccoli.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 10 34 ounces campbell's condensed fat-free golden corn soup
  • 12 cup skim milk
  • 16 ounces frozen broccoli carrots cauliflower mix
  • 12 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. In a pan, mix soup, milk and veggies.
  2. Over medium heat, bring to boil.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 15 minutes till veggies are tender, stirring often.
  4. Stir in cheese.
  5. Heat till cheese is melted.
