This is a good way to get the kids to eat broccoli.
- 10 3⁄4 ounces campbell's condensed fat-free golden corn soup
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
- 16 ounces frozen broccoli carrots cauliflower mix
- 1⁄2 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
- In a pan, mix soup, milk and veggies.
- Over medium heat, bring to boil.
- Cover and cook on low for 15 minutes till veggies are tender, stirring often.
- Stir in cheese.
- Heat till cheese is melted.
