This is a really great tasting way to top Spinach Salad or any other "dark green" salad. It is so good, even my 12 year old son likes it better than bottled dressing!! I always keep some in the fridge!!

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Mix until smooth.
  3. Chill and serve.

This had a lot of flavour and was really easy to make. It will probably last some time in the fridge as well. I used it just on leafy green lettuce leaves and enjoyed it. The calorie count is a good bonus as well.

This was very tasty and so easy. I used garlic powder because i didn't have any fresh garlic on hand and I used Italian seasoning instead of Italian dressing mix. I will definitely make this again.
