I wanted a sausage using ground chicken for a breakfast omelet and this worked out great. It is a nice blend of spices without the fat. I'll be using this often.

We had this for brunch today & used it for Chorizo and Scrambled Egg Breakfast Tacos. Easy to make. I didn't plan ahead, so didn't refrigerate. This meant the flavours didn't get time to develop, but definite potential. Thanks Happy Hippie for sharing this recipe - will make it again.

¡Mui bueno! I just loved this one and am thrilled to pieces that I can once again enjoy a little chorizo for breakfast. I did not have chipotle powder and used some carefully mashed chipotles en adobo instead. Also gave the meat some extra mashing which helped it break down into the characteristic crumbles of the higher fat versions. Half my batch went Chorizo Enchiladas and the rest into scrambled eggs and beans. Thanks.
