  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Prepare a 9" round baking dish with cooking spray and dust it with a bit of cocoa.
  3. Combine flour, sugar, cornstarch,baking soda and salt.
  4. Add condensed milk (1/2 of a 12 oz. can) and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  5. Pour into your prepared pan and bake for approximately 25 minutes.

They were good, but a few problems... A couple issues with the recipe - in the ingredients, you list evaporated milk, but in the directions you say condensed milk and you never mention when to add the cocoa - I did it with the rest of the dry ingredients. We found them on the dry side and I even undercooked them a little. I'll make again, but think something does need to be added like chocolate chips or nuts. Made for PAC Spring '12

Great recipe! I was looking for a way to use up some evap. milk and this was perfect! Lovely taste for how low fat it is compared to other brownies. I added some walnuts in the mix and marshmallows on top and they made wonderful s'mores brownies :)

Oh, a glorious, sticky and sweet yet relatively guilt-free chocolate treat! I *will* have problems trying not to eat the whole pan!! :-D Thank you for sharing!
