- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 1⁄2 cups frozen berries, ... (blueberries, chopped strawberries, cherries, rasperries (black or red)
- 4 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute or 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 -5 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup ice cube
directions
- Crush ice in a blender.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth; about 30-60 seconds.
- Serve immediately.

This was a delicious smoothie. I used Costco brand mixed berries which has raspberries, pomegranate seeds, cherries, strawberries. I also used cacao powder, 1 scoop of grassfed vanilla protein powder, almond milk, and one half scoop of Greens First powder. I also used about a teaspoon of cream honey. Even though my recipe was different ,this recipe gave me some good ideas for a great smoothie. Thanks for the recipe!

You got a GREAT SMOOTHIE recipe here, especially for us chocolate lovers! Did it up with my usual frozen blueberries, raspberries & marion berries ~ Those, combined with the chocolate ~ WONDERFUL!
