Hands down the most fantastic tamale recipe ever. I love the 0% fat and the taste, texture as well as cook time were perfect! Served at a dinner party and it was enjoyed by all.
I am on a high protein diet and have to avoid fat, so when I came across this recipe I was excited. it tastes good too! I had to use a little more water to make the dough wet enough to spread (considering theres no oil) but it tasted really good =)
