Easy, delicious and rather pretty too! I'm thrilled to have found this recipe. It's a complete cinch, it reheats well. The BEST part is that it's completely economical- in less than $10, DH and I have 2 nights of dinner and a lunch. Can't beat that. Thanks so much for posting.

This is great stuff. It was just what I needed today as I'm feeling just a bit under the weather. This is so easy (I always keep canned chicken from Costco) and very diabetic friendly that I have saved it to my diabetic cookbook. It has a very good flavor even though I used mushroom soup as I had no cream of chicken on hand. I omitted the sugar also. It a comfort soup, no doubt about that. The orzo is a nice change from noodles and the rosemary/basil were really good in it. Keep this recipe in your files for the days when you want something quick and very tasty.
