GOOD! fairly low carb, lower than what you purchase, less calories and healthier. Agree they were too dry and did not stay together well. Changed to: I used brownsugar splenda + 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce (1 large apple peel chop & micro until soft), added 2 TBL melted butter, increase peanut butter to 3 TBL. Didn't have apricots or sunflower seed so I used. 1/3 c cranberries, 1/3 c raisins & 1/3 c ground walnuts. Easy to make in advance, cool, cut & wrap individually, store in the freezer. I calculate they are about 15 to 16g carbs. If you need to eliminate the peanut butter, try apple butter or almond butter works well too.

I used chopped dried apricot. I needed to double up on the oil, honey, peanut butter and vanilla in order to evenly coat all of the other ingredients. My bars turned out excellent.

Loved the flavor of these, but had a really hard time keping them from crumbling. Will continue to try until perfected!

I really liked these and you can adapt them. Next time I will try cranberries and will add sesame seeds and maybe pumkin seeds. It was really easy to make.

I made these and loved them . I found that if these bars sit overnight they seem to hold together much better and the taste is much improved . Make sure you press them into the pan quite firmly (I used the bottom of a glass) . I think any dried fruit would work in these . They make a nice little breakfast with an icy cold glass of skim milk !
