      Place cauliflower in a steamer basket over boiling water.

      Cover pan and steam about 8 minutes or until almost tender.

      Remove steamer basket and set aside. Heat a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Cook bacon 4-5 minutes or until browned.

      Add scallions, cauliflower and salt and pepper to taste. Cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently until hot.

      Dancer what a super way to dress up plain steamed cauliflower. The bacon and scallions gave such flavor to the cauliflower. This is quick and so easy to fix. I steamed the cauliflower in the microwave and used turkey bacon to make it even more healthy. I will do this recipe again!

      This was delicious. Suprisingly great flavor with the bacon. It's hard to believe that just three ingredients can make such a great recipe. This will be used often in our house. Thanks!
