  • 1. preheat oven to 425.
  • 2. cut chicken into breasts and tenderloins and cut the breasts in two (thick-wise).
  • 3. coat in the egg and then the panko.
  • 4. place chix on sprayed baking sheet and spray chick with cooking spray.
  • 5. bake for about 10 minutes and then flip and continue for another 1o minutes.
  • 6. combine blue cheese, sour cream and mayo to make blue cheese sauce.
  • 7. combine buttermilk powder and water and mix thorooughly. then add hot sauce and vinegar.
  • 8. simmer the sauce until it thickens (8-10 minutes).
  • 9. serve as a sandwich with lettuce.
