Well, I wouldn't call it a "nutritious snack", but it was awfully good! I'm on a dairy-free diet at the moment, and I've been itching for something sweet that doesn't have butter in it. This hit the spot. I used two eggs and 1/4 cup applesauce with 1/4 cup vegetable oil. I baked it in an 8x8 pan that had been sprayed with Pam for about 26 minutes. They were fudgy and wonderful. Made my day.

it wasn't that good. It wasn't soft or chewy. It was soft enough that you could bite into it but it had no flavor.

I had high expectations for these brownies, but they came out sort of dry and flat. I cut down the baking time by about four minutes from the minimum time, and swirled a little raspberry preserves on top, which I thought would help with the moisture, but nope. They weren't bad, but I won't make this again.

These brownies were amazing! I love eating healthy and these were perfect. I just substituted whole wheat flour for the all purpose flour. I will definately make these again when I am having a chocolate craving!!!

I loved this recipe. I added a little milk as I like chewy brownies and they were delicious! I didn't have white sugar so I used light brown sugar and they aren't as sweet as normal brownies which was kind of nice. I will definitely make this again and again!

This recipe is AWESOME. My husband is on a low cholesterol, low sodium diet. He's pretty new to it so it was a nice treat to let him know that he could definitely still have foods with taste. I found it as easy as any box mix and frankly TASTIER. I'll be using this recipe from now on, no matter what. This will definitely be the yummy brownies my future children will rave about one day! Thanks so much for sharing!

YUMmmy! Delish! Although lower in saturated fats than traditional brownies, I would harldly call this nutritious with all the sugar in there. But then again, who makes brownies for their nutritiousness?!?!?!

This was a very easy recipe to make. I made it with the egg whites. Since my wife is dieting, it was a good special treat for her. I just couldn't imagine brownies without nuts so I chopped walnuts and sprinkled them on top before baking.
