from The Multiple Sclerosis Diet Book by Roy Laver Swank & Barbara Brewer. Started making these for my wife and I, but everyone loves them.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Pour boiling water over whole bran cereal and let stand.
  3. Mix sugar with oil, beat in eggs and buttermilk, and add bran mixture.
  4. Combine flour, bran flakes or Raisin Bran, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Stir into liquid mixture.
  6. Bake 20 minutes.
