I used mixed berries; 4 packets of Splenda instead of Equal. Very good!

These were good for being so healthy. Good thing there were blueberries or else they would have been very very bland.

I liked these. I decided to make these pretty muffins so I could cut down on sugar and share them with other ladies who also are watching their figures. I used four packets of Splenda and Costco's mixed frozen berries. Great muffins for a healthier diet! People who want them to be sweeter can always add jam or jelly! I'm going to remember those four splenda packets for all my muffin recipes. Thank you.

Very good! I made these last night and used 1/2 a mashed banana instead of an egg, and soymilk instead of milk. They turned out wonderfully! Very tasty; the batch is nearly gone! These will definitely be a regular here- thanks a lot for posting this! :)

Fairly bland tasting - Next time I will use the full sugar amount recommended (as i usually cut the amount almost in half). My husband would only eat them with a bit of butter on it, and warm. Great texture though - simular to cake. I will also add more berries next time. It would be great if the blueberries were substituded for others .. I will try this recipe again, but with a few modifications!

Excellent blueberry muffins. A good way to use up the ones I froze last year, we have them growing in our back yard.
