A great muffin recipe without all the fat and sugar, makes for a healthy breakfast. I make a batch of these at the beginning of the week, wrap individually and freeze them, then I have breakfast all week.

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Mix together dry ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Mix together wet ingredients in another bowl.
  4. Add wet to dry ingredients, stir until just combined.
  5. Gently stir in blueberries.
  6. Bake for 18 minutes.
