I'm not up and around after surgery so my neighbour came over and made this for us. It's great. My oatmeal is organic so we went between the 1 to 1 and 2.1 ratio. We topped it with blackberries I have growing outside.

I've never had bircher muesli before, I don't know why, this was really good & surprisingly filling for such a small amount. I added some chopped dates as well as toasted coconut to mine, served with vanilla yoghurt & chopped strawberries it was a nice change for breakfast, best part is I have still have plenty of the mixture left for future brekkies. Made for ZWT III.

Very good way to have a healthy breakfast always on hand. I added some pecans to up the protein a bit and heated mine up. We liked it better warm. Made for ZWT3. Thanks for sharing!

I have made this on a few occasions (with some modifications such as adding flax seed, using whole rolled oats and substituting other dried fruit) and it is very easy to make. I am not a big muesli fan, but I gave this as gifts to two different people and they loved it.

This was good. I used more water and ate it that way. I liked it very much. I also substituted splenda for the brown sugar and it tasted just fine.

I had a bit of trouble getting it to firm up enough to eat as well, but it's still quite tasty. I liked it but the kiddies just played in it. Made for Zaar World Tour 05

I made this as written. After 30 minutes of soaking it was still pretty liquid so I used another 1 tablespoon of the mix which I topped off with vanilla yogurt, sliced banana and a sprinkle more of cinnamon. While this is quite tasty, I think I will like it better with the addition of sunflower seeds and walnuts. Thanks a wonderful healthy breakfast.
