tastes divine, great for a hot summer's day. You can use fresh raspberries instaed of frozen if desired.
- 150 g frozen raspberries
- 200 ml cranberry juice
- 1⁄2 lemon (juice only)
- ice cube
- 1 1⁄4 liters soda water
- Puree raspberries, lemon juice and cranberry juice in a blender.
- Divide mixture amongst 4 glasses, add ice cubes and top with soda water - 300ml soda water per glass.
- Stir to combine.
- Garnish with mint or lemon slices.
