- 354.88 ml water
- 425.24 g can fat-free refried beans
- 425.24 g can tomato sauce
- 22.18 ml chili powder
- 4.92 ml sugar
- 2.46 ml garlic powder
directions
- Boil water, add onion, and cook on medium boil til onion is fairly transparent.
- Reduce heat to low and add other ingredients.
- Stir til beans are smooth and chili is heated through.
