- 6 Rhodes frozen rolls, thawed and risen
- 1 boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
- 1⁄2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup lowfat mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1⁄2 onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 green pepper, chopped
- 1⁄2 red pepper, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup mushroom, sliced
directions
- Lightly spray frying pan with non stick cooking spray.
- Quickly cook diced chicken, onion, and barbacue sauce until chicken is no longer pink.
- Remove from heat.
- Combine rolls into a ball.
- Roll into a 13 inch circle to fit a pizza pan.
- Place dough in pan and pre cook at 400 for 10 minutes.
- Spread chicken mixture over dough.
- Sprinkle green pepper, red pepper, and mushrooms over the top.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
