Low-Fat Banana Spice Bread

This is very moist and keeps well, adapted from butter busters cookbook. Whole wheat pastry flour can be used in place of white flour.

Preheat oven to 350°F Spray a 9X5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray. Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves and salt into a medium size bowl. Stir in oat bran; set aside. In another medium size bowl, beat together Egg Beaters, brown sugar, and applesauce; add bananas. Add dry ingredients to banana mixture. Beat until just combined. Pour into prepared load pan. Bake in oven for 50 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool on wire rack.
