  1. Mash bananas.
  2. Add Splenda and mix.
  3. Add the egg beaters and mix.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix baking soda, baking powder, flour, and salt.
  5. Add dry ingredients to banana mixture and mix.
  6. Add applesauce and strawberries. Mix well.
  7. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350.
