Low Fat Banana Nut Bread

"I have made a wonderful Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread for years and it's always moist and delicious, but it's full of fat. We found that my husband really needed to change his diet to lower his fat intake, but he loves good food. So I have set out to try and change some of his favorite recipes to fit his new diet requirements. This is one of the first and it was a success."
