Low Fat Banana Bread

This banana bread was altered from one that I found and made low fat. It has half the fat and sugar of the original recipe. Moist and Delicious.

Directions

  1. Cream together sugar and margarine.
  2. When creamed add applesauce,and milk, mix well.
  3. Then add egg and whites, mix well.
  4. Mash bananas and add to mix.
  5. Add baking soda and baking power then mix.
  6. Mix in flour but don't over mix ( just until it comes together ).
  7. Divide into 2 loaf pans.
  8. bake 375 for 40-45 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
