    I like The Best Banana Bread for banana bread, but wanted to reduce the fat, so I changed it into this. Can also use egg beaters and splenda.

    Directions:

      Preheat oven to 350*.

      Cream the butter, sugar, and applesauce.

      Add eggs, bananas, and vanilla.

      In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients. Gradually add flour mixture into banana mis.

      Add milk.

      Pour into large loaf pan.

      Bake for 60 minutes, or until done.
