"I like recipe #50022 for banana bread, but wanted to reduce the fat, so I changed it into this. Can also use egg beaters and splenda."

  • Preheat oven to 350*.
  • Cream the butter, sugar, and applesauce.
  • Add eggs, bananas, and vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients. Gradually add flour mixture into banana mis.
  • Add milk.
  • Pour into large loaf pan.
  • Bake for 60 minutes, or until done.
