I have to watch my fat intake as I have had a quad triple by pass and 2 heart attacks, so every low fat recipe that I like I try to pass on for others who have to watch their fat. This recipe came from Doris Cross's cookbook, "Fat Free 2".

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Bake in a loaf pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
