This easy dish reminds me of spring. The dressing gives it a little zing for people not fond of asparagus. I love it but now the rest of my family loves it too!
- Steam asparagus in non stick frying pan until just tender.
- Drain and lightly butter.
- Toss with Low Fat Italian dressing to coat.
Wow! This was very clever and tasty too. I used creamy Italian dressing and opted to just drizzle the dressing over the asparagus instead of coating the whole thing. Thanks for posting! Made for Bargain Basement tag.
