A great low fat dressing that I use with grilled chicken breast and greens.

- 1⁄3 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar or 1 tablespoon Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 tablespoon mined green onion
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 dash salt
- Combine all ingredients and serve.
