- 236.59 ml light mayonnaise
- 236.59 ml grated parmesan cheese
- 396.89 g can artichokes packed in water, drained
- 0.25 ml garlic salt
- 2 large green peppers
- 1 bunch celery
- 2 large cucumbers
- butter flavored cracker
directions
- Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, artichokes and garlic salt in a food processor.
- Pour mixture into 8- x 8-inch glass baking dish. Bake at 350°F until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
- Serves 16.
