- 2 cups sugar
- 1 3⁄4 cups flour
- 3⁄4 cup cocoa
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1⁄2 cup applesauce
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 (14 ounce) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
- 3 ounces instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup skim milk
- 8 ounces whipped topping
directions
- Grease and flour 13x9 pan.
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Add eggs, milk, applesauce, and vanilla.
- Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
- After baking, poke holes in the cake with a knife.
- Pour Sweetened Condensed Milk over entire cake and let it soak inches.
- Mix vanilla pudding, milk, and whipped topping until smooth.
- Spread over cake after the cake cools.
- Keep refrigerated, best served cold!
