Low Fat Apple Sauce Chocolate Cake

Very moist chocolate cake with whipped topping vanilla frosting. Low in fat too!

  1. Grease and flour 13x9 pan.
  2. Combine dry ingredients.
  3. Add eggs, milk, applesauce, and vanilla.
  4. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
  6. After baking, poke holes in the cake with a knife.
  7. Pour Sweetened Condensed Milk over entire cake and let it soak inches.
  8. Mix vanilla pudding, milk, and whipped topping until smooth.
  9. Spread over cake after the cake cools.
  10. Keep refrigerated, best served cold!
