I was looking for a recipe to use overripe bananas and came across this one. Low fat also! Easy to make and my family loved it. I used only l cup of brown sugar. This is definitely a keeper.people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Yes | No We don't know who you are. I love these PalmTree. I made these as LF/LC as I could using whole wheat flour and also SugarTwin brown sugar. I actually cut this recipe in 1/2 and made them into 8 muffins. I love the combination of apples, raisins, and banana. So very healthy. I used my own home-made applesauce that is made w/redhot cinnamon candies. A nice addition. I can see where the flavored applesauces you mentioned would be equally as yummy. Thanks and I"m glad I tagged and made these for Springs PAC'09person found this review Helpful.
