This sauce is awesome! So creamy and tasty, I would definitely make it again! I added a little garlic salt and cracked pepper to taste, and it came out perfect! My husband really liked it too, and he was skeptical since it was low fat, but he loves it! It is very simple to make, and has ingredients that are usually on hand.
- 226.79 g low-fat cream cheese, cut into bits
- 177.44 ml parmesan cheese, grated
- 118.29 ml margarine
- 118.29 ml skim milk
