Liked the low cholesterol, rum flavoring and simplicity of this recipe but sadly the ground nutmeg on top was just not enough spice. Made as written. Thanks for the healthy post.

  1. Whip together egg substitute and sugar, combine with two milks and flavoring.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Chill overnight.
  4. Dust with nutmeg before serving.
