I am not sure what happened. I followed the instructions but the zucks were hard and the meat was quite blend. Thank you anyway
Very yummy and easy to make! I also substituted tomato paste for the sauce, and I added in some sauted mushrooms too for more flavor. Great recipe!

Absolutely Amazing!! I used soya instead of meat being a vegetarian and all. If you use TVP, soak in veggie beef stock first. I will be making these at least once a week. YUMMY!!
Easy & good for all that surplus zucchini. Plus it is low carb. I would use a small amount of tomato paste instead of sauce because of the water content in the zukes.
