I loved this recipe. I forgot to add the cream and did not have tomatoes so I sauted onion, garlic and red peppers. It was wonderful and I can't wait to make it again!
I added shrimp to the cheese sauce and fed to my children 4 and 6. Delish! Thank you for a great recipe.
This was a wonderful low carb recipe. We have become huge fans of all squash, so i was excited to see a recipe showcasing another way to use spaghetti squash. Even my kids loved it. Thanks for a keeper!!
This was terrific! I added one of those little cans of B in B musnroms and about half a pound of meatballd from the freezer.With a green salad and some crusty French bread (we aren't doing the low carb thing), this was a wonderful meal. Good stuff. Thank you Barb.
Holy Cow! I didn't know that spagetti squash did this (looking at it.. duh.. the name!) Fantastic! I loved it! Low Carbers: Spagetti squash is a lower carb squash at 4 per 1/2 cup and has a GI index of less than 20 (same as cabbage, broccoli..) GREAT alternative!
