A variation of pancakes from Livestrong that are low-carb and high in protein
- 1 scoop whey protein
- 1 ounce water
- ** You can use whatever protein powder you like for this recipe.
- Add just enough water to the protein powder until it resembles a pancake batter like substance.
- Add mixture to a non-stick skillet on medium heat, cooking 1-2 minutes on each side so as to not dry it out.
- Plate and enjoy!
