Made with protein powder and cream to make it low carb and high protein.
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 3⁄4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1⁄2 cup half-and-half
- 1⁄4 cup ice water
- 1 dash salt
- pour into machine and let it run it's cycle.
This was great and can be customized easily. I used half ice water half whipping cream, then added a little cocoa powder, vanilla, and stevia. Yum!!
