Low carb version of an Asian dipping sauce to serve with Low Carb Chicken Satay
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1⁄2 cup water
- Heat oil and lightly saute green onions and ginger.
- Add water and soy sauce, bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until it melts.
- Serve warm with Low Carb Chicken Satay.
