These were very yummy. Not overly nutty, and took care of the pancake craving for this low carber. I used a 1/4 cup to pour each pancake into the pan...cooked a minute or 2 on each side...and they came out great! Thanks for the recipe.

  1. Simply combine and cook in skillet. Use sugar free syrups or cool and use as "bread". (If using as a non sweet bread, leave out splenda and cinnamon).
