This is a recipe I am going to try. I have not tried it yet, but I am always looking for low carb breakfast ideas...
- 1⁄2 cup almond flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar substitute
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄3 cup seltzer water
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cinnamon
- Simply combine and cook in skillet. Use sugar free syrups or cool and use as "bread". (If using as a non sweet bread, leave out splenda and cinnamon).

These were very yummy. Not overly nutty, and took care of the pancake craving for this low carber. I used a 1/4 cup to pour each pancake into the pan...cooked a minute or 2 on each side...and they came out great! Thanks for the recipe.
These are great....just watch the temperature of the pan....it is a nut and can burn easily. Tastes great....Mom loves them. Can't have wheat.
